Bell was educated at the Bingman Elementary & Pipkin Elementary Schools, Bowie Middle School and French High School all of Beaumont, TX. making him the product of a large blended family of 13.ĭr. Bell was six (6) years old and his mother remarried to a minister the late Rev. He was born the second child to Frankie Jean Webster and the late Clarence David Bell, Sr. Bell serves as the Founding and Organizing Senior Pastor of Spirit of Love and Deliverance (SOLAD) Baptist Church in Temple Hills, MD since January 8, 2012.
